In Her Own Words...
"I am a 22 two-year- old student from Lithuania which is famous for its wonderful nature. This year my small country has a very important mission to chair the European Union. The victories of our basketball players give pleasure to sports fans and the swimmer Rūta Meilutytė whose name is similar to mine, has won a gold medal in the World Olympic games.
In my country I was crowned as the British Queen and titled as the most beautiful girl. That‘s why I have grand grandmother‘s name Elizabeth. I have been interested in many things since my childhood. I graduated from music school where I played our national instrument, the kanklės, and danced ballroom dances.
The desire to share experience, beauty and joy unites the world. I think this is the purpose of this competition and I feel happy being able to take part in it and represent my country Lithuania."
