Miss World 1966 - Reita Faria

Where is she now?

Encouraged by her fellow medical students, Reita Faria entered the Miss Bombay contest as a joke, and was surprised when she not only won it but was sent to London as India's Miss World representative. Reita was cool and unconcerned. During her interview with the television announcer, she impressed judges with her intelligence. After her one year tenure, she refused modeling and films and instead, concentrated on medical studies.
