Where is she now?
Jennifer, the first black holder of the Miss World title, went to become a respected author and was appointed Grenada's High Commissioner to Canada in 1978. She was quoted as saying that possibly the most important lesson she learned as Miss World was "to make the most of an opportunity, to take advantage of whatever was offered, and then let it go when it was over; not to hold on".
