Kristina hails from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, where she is a second year student of the National University of Food Technologies. Describing herself as cheerful, outgoing and hardworking, Kristina enjoys horse riding, surfing and wakeboarding during the summer months, with creative outlets such as drawing and beadwork all year round. Kristina would love to develop a clothing line in the future, making affordable dresses produced in Ukraine. When it comes to food, Kristina loves to try new dishes, but she adores her grandma’s Vareniki (stuffed dumplings) with cherries.

Designer dress - Ekaterina Lukashyk
Designed by Katheryna Lukashyk with bright red satin, this is a strapless gown with a plunging sweetheart neckline decorated with Swarovski crystals. The tightly fitted skirt has an open slit at the front, revealing Miss Ukraine’s legs from the knees down.
Ukrainian fashion designer, Ekaterina Lukashyk, first started making pieces for her friends from age 11 and by the time she was 14 already had a number of clientele. Her passion for sewing was passed down the family genes as both her parents and grandparents worked with leather and furs. Katherine Lukashyk LK was founded in 2014, the brand focuses on elegant dresses with body-shaping corsets to change and simulare the female figure. Growing up, her main dream was to design dresses for both Oscar rewarding ceremonies and the Miss World contest – Katherine is now living proof that do come true.
Auction Gift - “Ukraine” Painting by Irina Tretyak
The author of this beautiful oil painting is Irina Tretyak, contemporary Ukrainian artist. She started painting on a very early age and last year she created 64 paintings, most of which are in private collections all over the world. She defines the style of her pieces as a "design-art".
Her works reflects the emotions and feelings of this patriotic author. The oil painting “Ukraine” symbolizes freedom, cleanness, space and the virgin nature. Composed by a wheat field and blue sky. The individual author’s figurative technique creates great visual effect.
Irina Tretyak tells about herself:“Freedom to be myself is my personal attitude toward my life, the way I feel alive! Its reflected in everything, first of all in expression of personal freedom. I like to create while expressing my internal “freedom”. My aim is to create something that will make others happy. I am proud of what I do, and I do it with great love! And this "freedom" is evident in the style of painting.”
Irina gained popularity due to her figurative paintings. Irina participated in many exhibitions and won national awards.
