20 year old Karabo Sampson has been announced as the winner of Miss Botswana 2011. Karabo was crowned by Miss Botswana 2010 Emma Wareus during a glittering ceremony held in the Gaborone International Conference Centre on the 1st July 2011.

Karabo who is a third year student at the University of Botswana was chosen from among the nine other finalists to represent her country at the Miss World Contest to be held in London.

1st runner-up was Tapiwa Anna-Marie Preston whilst the 2nd runner- up was Sebaga Norwebb.
