The Hotel do Frade situated in Angra dos Reis was the venue for the prestigious Miss World Brazil finals which took place on August 13th.

22 year old Juceila Bueno who represented Rio Grande do Sul was crowned the winner of the national pageant. Juceila, who was crowned by last year’s winner Kamilla Salgado, is 1.80 m tall and is a television presenter. She will represent her country at the Miss World 2011.

Mariane Silvestre finished first runner-up.
