Elizaveta Golovanova will represent Russia at the 2012 Miss World final to be held in Ordos, Inner Mongolia.

18 year old Elizaveta was crowned at a glamorous ceremony held in Moscow.

Natalia Gantimurova crowned her successor at the event, which was also attended by reigning Miss World, Ivian Sarcos.
