NATIONAL FINAL MISS SLOVENIA 2011 FOR MISS WORLD 2011

The Miss Slovenia 2011 final show was held in Ljubljana, at the National TV studio  RTV SLO, on 26th June 2011. This was one of the most watched TV shows in the country.

Lana Mahni? Jekoš  was crowned Miss World Slovenia during a live televised show on SLO1, Slovenian national TV.

During the final show, 12 contestants took part.  10 days before the show, contestants took part in various activities such a playing golf, horse riding, flying with a sports plane, swimming and enjoying wellness. …in the meantime contestants were also taking part in intensive preparations for the final show.

The jury had selected three Super finalists from the event in Postojna Cave: Miss Top Model was Barbara Parežnik, Miss Bikini 2011 became Ana Žigante; Miss Talent was Nastja Breg. They were joined in the finals by: Klara Kobe, Tjaša Vezjak and Lana Mahni? Jekoš.

The jury set the six finalists - six questions, which were cleverly replied. This has the final decision for Lana Mahni? Jekoš, who won prestigious title Miss Slovenia 2011.

Ana Žigante was 2nd runner-up and Tjaša Vezjak was 1st runner-up.

The hosts of the final show were Ula Furlan -  actress and stand-up comedian Tin Vodopivec. The music guests were: cabaret dance group SheDivaz, soul singer Neisha, powerful singer Bilbi, Croatian singer Boris Novkovi? and group Nude.
