Miss World Alexandria Mills returns to Philippines for Charity and Coronation Event

Reigning Miss World Alexandria Mills was invited to the Philippines to attend a Charity Gala hosted by Miss World Philippines on September 15, 2011.

A silent auction was held throughout the night concluding with a charming performance by the twenty-five contestants. Donations totaling approximately $23,000 were made to charity.

Guest judge on the night was world boxing champion and politician, Manny Pacquiao.

Alexandria attended the Miss World Philippines coronation night where she crowned 21 year old Gwendolyn Ruais on September 18, 2011.

Meeting with the contestants, Alexandria explained that Miss World is looking for someone who embraces the crown as a symbol for fundraising.
