January 12th Miss World lands in Tokyo

Miss World left behind sunny Gibraltar, to fly to Japan on her first official overseas visit since winning the Miss World crown. She was well rested after an enjoyable family Christmas in her Gibraltar home, and has been looking forward to experiencing Asia for the first time.

On her first day in Tokyo, Kaiane mixed with locals at colourful street markets and enjoyed lunch alongside diners at a traditional cafe – including her first time using chopsticks.

Later during the visit, Kaiane will go on a sightseeing trip of Tokyo and attend the 5th anniversary celebration of Variety Club Japan at a gala event, to be held in the city.
