June 3rd Kaiane attends final in Jakarta

Miss World Kaiane Aldorino was a special guest at the Miss Indonesia Final this week. The glittering ceremony was held at Jakarta’s Central Park and accounting student Asyifa Latief from Bandung in West Java Province took the crown.

When the results were announced Miss World and Indonesia’s 2009 winner Kerenina Halim crowned Indonesia’s new representative for Miss World 2010.

After winning Asyifa commented “I never thought before that I could become Miss Indonesia 2010. The first time I came here, I only thought that I could gain some experience and knowledge.”

Kaiane commented “It was a spectacular night and I really enjoyed getting to know the finalists. They all did very well and I wish Asyifa the best of luck for her year”.
